In this course students will design and implement lifetime wellness plan that includes the application F.I.T.T. Principle, apply concepts of principles of training. Students will be asked to design and implement lifetime wellness plan that includes the principles of exercise, goal-setting and nutrition for body composition. Students will have the opportunity to explore Health and Wellness career pathways, Leadership skills, and Consumer choices These concepts will be embedded through active involvement in the following activities: Activities to enhance mind/body connection, Group fitness activities, Stress reduction techniques, Individualized fitness and strength training programs and Aquatic survival skills
