Reading strategies are the key to being a successful reader both in and outside of the classroom. It is vital for students to exercise a variety of reading strategies to help them fully comprehend, challenge and engage in the material. This page is comprised of a variety of reading strategies for students, staff members and parents. These are research-supported reading strategies that help all students strengthen the core reading areas: fluency, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
